On se souvient des services clients qui nous ont laissés en attente. On oublie ceux qui ont réglé notre problème. Ce film d’une minute vingt est pour eux : une journée, treize gestes, treize personnes qui ont décidé que le souci de quelqu’un d’autre serait le leur.

Pourquoi ce film

Chaque jour, des millions de personnes appellent, écrivent ou poussent une porte parce que quelque chose ne marche plus. La plupart du temps, cela se passe bien, et personne n’en parle.

Notre métier est d’aider les équipes qualité à écouter ces conversations. Ce qu’on y entend souvent n’est pas un script récité : c’est quelqu’un qui prend le temps.

Nous avons voulu le montrer, sans logiciel à l’écran et sans argument commercial.

Treize gestes, une journée

Le film suit une journée, de 6 h 10 à 19 h 50. Chaque geste tient en un mot.

Les bots prennent le facile. Eux prennent tout le reste.

Les agents IA répondent désormais aux demandes courantes, et c’est une bonne nouvelle pour les clients pressés. La conséquence se voit moins : ce qui arrive jusqu’à un humain est plus compliqué, plus chargé, plus long.

Ce que cela change pour la qualité

Évaluer une conversation n’a de sens que si cela aide la personne qui l’a menée. Une note seule ne fait progresser personne ; un débriefing préparé, un geste reconnu, une formation qui tombe juste, oui.

C’est le travail que nous faisons avec les responsables qualité et les superviseurs : repérer ce qui a été bien fait autant que ce qui doit changer, et en parler. Le débriefing est le moment où une évaluation devient un soutien.

La qualité de chaque conversation commence par quelqu’un.
